My Story

Hi, I’m Martin Santoyo. As an architect, I manage the design and construction of large scale projects. I grew up in the construction industry, specifically concrete subcontracting, but I have a passion for art and architecture and ventured into the world of the design profession as well.

My experience is general practice and includes a variety of commercial, industrial, and government projects, ranging from $100K to $130M.

My expertise is in land use planning and more recently I have been working on developing accessory dwelling units.
