The solution to my daughter’s housing problem was resolved when I thought, “what if I closed off my family room and made a separate entrance.” That idea turned into a small addition with a kitchenette, bed and bath, resulting in a 500 sq. ft. ADU.
Approach to Projects
My approach can be summed with "idealization, optimization, realization", where:
Planning is the idealization: the mission, vision, and goal
Architecture is the optimization: the art and science of design
Construction Management is the realization: a venn diagram composed of 1. Scope, 2. Schedule, and 3. Budget, with Quality overlapping all three.
