Defining the scope, schedule, and budget can be and is often an iterative process, and concurrent with my approach, which can be summed with "idealization, optimization, realization", where:

• Planning is the idealization: the mission, vision, and goal

• Architecture is the optimization: the art and science of design

• Construction Administration is the realization of the project
